I think in "putting it out what we see," that you should publish online the video you have of the explosion. Some media outlet would be interested in showing it. Whether or not officials were interested in getting involved, it's important for people to know what happened. This person's actions, if ignored, might only escalate -- as you suggested -- to a bomb which kills people. Thank you all for being on the street during these protests which have been unnecessarily made violent.

I have been to all three protests and remember mid-way through the 2nd protest seeing a sheriff's vehicle roll by and feeling uncomfortable about it. Others around me also noticed the patrol car and said they felt the same way. We're not being violent. We're not the ones bringing guns to the protests. We're just trying to express our opinions.

Nick, I noticed that the cars you followed did not have license plates, so as not to be identified.

I grew up in L.A. and would say that the L.A.P.D., as far as I knew, wasn't known for this type of policing. Smaller town's departments in the Los Angeles area, maybe, but not the L.A.P.D. I might be wrong, but from what you are saying the L.A.P.D. should replace their motto, "To Protect and Serve," with perhaps "to maim and incarcerate." The officer who broke the teenager's femur looked so cold and hateful in the photo that he made me think of Stephen Miller.
