For the last six months, I’ve been built a small business of my own. We never set out to start a company. But every day in this new media space, I’m reminded that I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

I’ve put a lot of my own money into building this thing. I’m not a wealthy person, and I don’t come from money. I’m doing this because I believe in what we’re building together. But to stay competitive — and to keep telling the stories others won’t — I need the support of this community.
Our institutions have been corrupted. Truth has become subjective. And what we’re told to believe is not always what we really see.
