The Latino Ellis Island

Many Latinos, especially Mexican-Americans across the Southwest can trace their lineage back to El Paso, which literally means The Crossing or The Way. We went to the epicenter of it all, Segundo Barrio. It’s the oldest neighborhood in the city and the site of activism through art. We introduce you to Francisco Delgado.
