I'm sure you know more than me about getting people to stop and talk for a camera, but to me, it seems like this wasn't the best venue/place to ask people the questions. It seemed like they were all busy, on their way going somewhere else. I feel like if it was more of a conducive atmosphere, like perhaps going to a park where people were already sitting down and were in a more relaxed, leisurely setting, a lot more people would have talked to you. At least I hope so!
Throughout the years as a correspondent, I’ve had tremendous success, getting MOS interviews here, at this exact same spot. It’s part of why I went back for this iteration. Yes, certainly people were busy. Some of them didn’t wanna talk, but I couldn’t help but get the sense that they just didn’t care. I’ve been in Atlanta for nearly 20 years and I was extremely disappointed because it’s not what I expected.
